The siblings have decided that they would like to discuss their plan with their mother because they believe that she will be receptive and has indicated that she is ready for a lifestyle change.  She can provide assistance in framing the conversation and supporting the Adult Children.

What is the main goal that the Adult Children would like to see for their parents?

In this case, their father is 68y/o, has retired 1 1/2 years ago, after community for 35 years from Westchester to NYC.  He plays gold 2-3 times a week when the weather permits and he is enjoying the large house. His wife is 67y/o, has never worked, been involved in several volunteer activities, raised 4 kids and is now ready to give up the bi house and move to NYC. Both enjoy traveling., taking advantage of theatre, opera and museums in the City and socializing with friends.
